A very good flooring company, they provide patient product consultation. They can provide one-stop service from purchase, transportation to installation. I compared several flooring companies and finally chose them because they are more customer-oriented, efficient, and have a reasonable price system. The flooring technicians also did a great job. I highly recommend this company.
I decided to replace the carpet in my new home and install laminate flooring. However, I had a need for a very specific colour/pattern of laminate to match the rest of the house. After going to several flooring stores and not finding what I needed, I decided to go with HP Flooring because they had the closest match and reasonable prices. Tom was very accommodating and was able to schedule me a date for installation right away.Leo and his team did a great job of installing the floors, and I’m very impressed by the high quality and attention to detail. If I do have one complaint, it’d be about the amount of dust created because they did all the cutting inside the house. Although they were considerate and tied up/covered all my curtains and vacuumed afterwards, everything was still caked in dust. I suppose dust is hard to control, and it’s to be expected with renovations.Overall, my experience with HP was great from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for new floors!
