Ryan at the Markham store was very helpful in terms of selecting carpet style/fabric, and cost quotation. (Marville Carpet's price for our project turned out to be the most competitive). He came to our home with a colleague, spent well over an hour taking measurements, and discussing with us in detail where it was appropriate to plan for any seams. Alex with over 30 year's experience and his assistant showed up right on schedule, and installed the carpet very professionally, and in fact the seams are almost invisible.

I recommend Markville Carpet unconditionally for the above reasons.

Thanks to AWL Construction for referring me to Markville Carpet & Flooring. They are open on Saturdays which helps a lot for a person who works during the week.

Ryan made my experience a good and memorable one. When my friend and me came in to look at some carpets, I was looking for a specific type and was able to bring home samples to see if it would go with the room and the other flooring. I felt supported and not pressured.

With Ryan's help, understanding and expertise, I went with a different one that was recommended. I am extremely happy with it.

When I was ready to schedule the installation, Perry greeted and helped go through the process again. No pressure and very accommodating.

I had the installation done by their team. I got a reminder call about when the workers would arrive. The carpet installers were professional and worked diligently in completing the work.

I needed to replace approx. 1600 sq ft. of carpet in my basement. After shopping around to 3 other vendors I came upon Markville Carpet. We met with Ryan the day after contacting Markville. His input on fabrics and colours changed our minds to go with a better carpet. Surprisingly, their price was less than the competitions cheaper carpet installed. He immediately followed up with larger carpet samples and did a full accurate measurement of the required space. Two weeks later we were greeted by two of the nicest installers. Two days later we had a magnificent looking basement.
I would recommend this team to anyone and I'm sure the results will be as favourable.

Once again, Ryan Miranda, very patiently, walked us through a broad selection of choices in various prices ranges. After taking home samples, we made our choice and placed our order. Our delivery / installation date was met and we had another great crew. It looks better than expected. This is truly a one-stop shop for flooring and flooring expertise. You won't get this at a big box store.
