I’ve wanted a nice floor my whole life and thanks to carpet one I finally have it. They transformed our dark, embarrassing rooms into a bright, clean, and wonderful place. It looks like a completely different house! I keep looking around at how beautiful it is and I can’t believe it’s real! We went from dark, old green carpet to bright beautiful LVP.We put off going to carpet one after a strange experience with Fraco when Fraco said they won’t do our front porch carpet because it might rain someday and the best they can do is have us order carpet and install is ourselves. We were worried we’d have another weird experience with carpet one, but the minute we stepped inside two nice ladies were there and they helped us out a lot! It made me wish we hadn’t been scared to come sooner.We took a lot of samples home and finally ordered swayback ridge – the color bend. The ladies worked on getting us money off because of the size of the project which I was not expecting, but was happy about!The workers who installed everything were all extremely hard working and friendly. One guy worked so hard all day on our floors he could barely stand at the end of the day yet still asked if we wanted help moving furniture back. We said no and did it ourselves.Their carpet guy did a great job on our front porch even with people walking back and forth over it while he was trying to put it down. He has the patience of a saint.The only down side is communication / scheduling between the workers and headquarters seems to be lacking. I think it frustrated the workers more than me. The carpet guy was good at letting us all know what was happening and getting all the communication cleared up. I hope to hire them again in the future to do the downstairs and stairway.There are still a few things left for them to do, but I couldn't wait to post pictures of such a pretty floor!
The flooring was installed, but because new carpet is higher than the old, I can't use my bedroom pocket doors and folding closet doors. With their high labor costs, you would think they would adjust the doors so they can be used. They left them leaning against the wall.

The carpet is awesome and the installation was excellent....I didn't want nor need the pad.
