We hired this company in July 2024 to install some carpet in our downstairs basement and clean all carpet on the main level. The carpet installation went well; however, they left the carpet on the main level smelling like urine. It was so bad we had to open windows and doors to air out the house while we finished renovating the home. I called them shortly after to advise them of what happened, to which they apologized for and said they would have someone come back out to reclean and get the smell out. I heard nothing back, so I called again a couple weeks later. Got the same response, that someone would come out to clean the home again. I heard nothing back again. I called in September and in October to check on the status, only to be ignored. I called back in January and spoke with a manager, who immediately scheduled the cleaning appointment for me. Two days before the cleaning, we got a call canceling our appointment, stating that their van was down for maintenance. We rescheduled for two weeks later, only to get yet another call only an hour before our appointment saying that their van was still down. They offered no rescheduling option on that phone call. I ended up hiring another company that day to come out and clean, making us pay double for a carpet cleaning at this point. I called this business back to let them know I found someone else, but got no answer, instead going to voicemail. I tried again a bit later, and then even later, getting the same result each time. I started getting suspicious, so I called them using another phone and they immediately picked up.I attempted to reach out to the owner, Tim, with an explanation of what had occurred and asked him to help rectify this situation, so that I wouldn't have to get to the point of leaving a bad review, but I got no response. I waited 3 weeks and then resent the email to him, asking for a response as soon as he was able to, but I have still yet to get a response.This company is extremely unprofessional, and the customer service is abhorrent. Please consider other companies instead of this one so nothing like this happens to you.

When I went to your store, you were able to answer my questions and made an appointment to come to my cabin and give me an estimate.within a week, Randy came out to my "off grid" location, again answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable bid and estimate of installation. Within 3-4 weeks, Mick and Shane were at the cabin, did a very professional job and were a pleasure to work with. My only regret was that it turned out to be a two day job and I was not there on the second day to see the finished floor. The guys sent Kellie pictures and she forwarded them to me. It looks great and I can hardly wait to return and see the finished job.Well done. It was a pleasure working with you particularly in these difficult times. I could not have asked for a finer group to work with.

Called to get a bid to do a garage floor in porcelain tile. Scott came out quickly and came back with a competitive bid. Only a slightly higher cost than doing epoxy.Scott even took time on a Sunday to meet us to pick out the tile we would use. The tile was in stock and they started the install the next day. The install took about a week but they did an excellent job. The installers were professional, efficient, and are clearly artists at laying tile.I can't express enough how wonderful the floor looks and how great the service was my Scott and his installers. Look no further than Carpet One for any flooring projects.
