We were ripped off. We had carpets cleaned and stretched. The one man quoted my husband, Doug Rousseau, a lower price and me the higher. I said ok not knowing this, thinking the cleaning was included. When I realized what had happened, I talked with him. He wouldn’t change. We paid over $600 for a clean and stretch of a 12x15 room. It took them 40 minutes maybe lessThen I noticed a note book behind the carpet wasn’t even moved and a dead bee in the corner. I called him back. Leo moved and cleaned and corrected it. But guy would not come back and take out the humps in the carpet that did not come out.I would NEVER use them again.
I really appreciate the quick and efficient work of Quality care and time services. Raul was great, he explained everything and did an amazing job! The carpets came clean and look so much better!

The floor looked the same as it did before they started! The fee was exorbitant for the shitty work they did. I complained to the owner, who hollered at me and told me it was a good job, without even coming out to see it! They came back and manually wiped up some spots unsuccessfully. My housekeeper is doing a better job than they did. And the worker peed all over my toilet. Yuck. Hire at your own risk! Let’s see if they publish this one.
