Had to repair my floor because my 1st installer did a poor job so the planks cupped. I have a fixed budget and another installer who quoted me wants to use up all the budget on labor cost. But RGV floor Pro did a fair labor pricing and the remaining budget was used on concrete sealing prior installation. This sealing was never brought up by the 2 other installers, showing RGV floor pro's expertise and focus on quality.
Al Urbano is the best wood floor resource in the RGV. We needed help with our 20 year old engineered hardwood that we raised three children on, and shared with many dogs and cats. The flooring had a very thin wear layer (veneer) that no other local, regional, or national wood floor refinisher was interested in being responsible for.
