I went to Dungans because of their long standing presence in McKinney. Their salesman Ron assured me that their installer has been with them long term and one of the best. For sure Jonathan is! He took a day just to grind our upstairs subfloor (warped OSB!!) and then float all the low spots. It took more float than estimated and I was happy to pay for it, as you can imagine, your finished floor is only as good as your subfloor is flat and level. Glad he knew what he was doing. Will use them again for more flooring upstairs and continue the beautiful wood planks.

His son Jake was also very helpful and easy to work with.On installation day, Jonathan and Christian did an excellent job removing my carpet and installing beautiful new wood floors. Everything went smoothly — they moved all the furniture out and back in, and the workmanship was top-notch.Professional, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend Dungan’s Flooring. I hired these guys to do a backsplash and fireplace project. I am, to say the least, difficult at times to deal with. I don't like dust and I had a few nuances to my job that required some sequencing with a couple of other vendors. Things almost went awry and way off schedule, my reaction was closer to a tantrum than it was expressing frustration.Nonetheless, Tony stepped in and found vendors to work inside of the timeline and he managed them personally. The project was delivered on time and on budget. The quality is above expectations.The crew also began the job by doing extra effort selling cabinets and appliances as well as covering furniture which set them back a couple of hours but significantly minimized the cleanup after and made the job run much more smoothly.I cannot recommend these guys enough, they are a Five-Star Plus Plus Plus operation and exactly what you would hope for in a locally owned and operated business.If you're going to do tile, floors countertops etc I strongly encourage you to look these guys up and give them your business. You won't regret it. If I didn't have a day job, I would go out and sell for these guys.Tremendously professional, talented craftsman, reasonably priced and absolutely a pleasure to do business with.
