We had an outstanding experience with Floors Touch! From start to finish, they were professional, detail oriented, and truly committed to giving us exactly what we wanted. They installed beautiful new laminate flooring in most of the house and replaced all the baseboards throughout the entire house. Every step of the process showed their attention to detail—they took the time to make sure the layout, cuts, and overall finish were perfect.
Our project manager, Tarek, was fantastic to work with—organized, communicative, and always willing to work around our timeline. He made sure everything stayed on track and that all our questions were answered along the way.
Our installers, Jorge and Guillermo, did an amazing job. Not only is their workmanship top notch, but they were incredibly thoughtful about our situation with our three cats. Since we had to keep the cats in a room away from the installation, we occasionally had to pause to move them as the installation progressed. Jorge and Guillermo were patient, accommodating, and worked smoothly around us needing to relocate the cats. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process surprisingly easy.
On top of that, they were always punctual, friendly, and considerate.
The final result looks fantastic—we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work, great communication, and truly customer focused service!

We recently had our kitchen backsplash and the flooring for our entire house done, and we couldn’t be happier! Abraham and his team were absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Abraham gave us a very fair price, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations.

The flooring team was especially considerate and accommodating, as we have three large dogs and were still living in the house during the installation. They made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I recently had my entire upstairs flooring and stairs replaced from carpet to a mix of luxury vinyl and carpet, and I could not be happier with my results from this company. I'd received a quote from a competitor, but the reviews for the installation were terrible, so I visited Floors Touch and was impressed from the beginning with what Terrik and his team could do. I didn't have to move any furniture or remove any railing. Jose did an amazing job with painting my rooms and stair railing. Jorge and Guillermo also did an exceptional job, and my spirits were lifted each day with joyful singing. They custom-cut vinyl to fit my non-standard and complicated staircase, staying extra hours to make sure each detail was finished with beauty and perfection. The results were well beyond my expectations. They even removed and reinstalled the click-lock vinyl to fit the stair-nose of my choice, and insisted on giving me exactly what I wanted. Every member of this team put in blood, sweat and tears to give me my dream floors. Worth every penny; highly recommend.
