This is the second time I have had Design Flooring install flooring for me. The first was vinyl flooring and this time Carpet and porcelain tile in our family room. Both times they did an exceptional job. This time Dale installed the porcelain flooring and Morgan installed the carpet. Both were hard workers and installed the flooring to perfection. They were also very personable! Caley and Justine were our Sales reps and were awesome to work with. I highly recommend this company! Thanks so much Design Flooring!
If I could give a minus star I would. I reached out to them to get a quote which would have included purchasing the product, levelling the floors and installation. I reached out to someone named Calyn via email as he is listed as the sales person for residential jobs. I waited 5 days and still heard nothing back. I called his line, no anwser so I decided to call reception. I spoke to a nice lady named Tatiana who bless her heart isn't really a competent individual. She told me she was too busy doing scheduling instead of trying to connect me with someone so I told her I will go to another flooring company and hung up. As a contractor myself and someone who runs their own business I wouldn't want my customers to have the impression that they're not important enough to deserve a reply. Thats just bad business, You always make sure you reply to quote request as most of the time word of mouth will ensure you get a number of jobs. Customer service is more important than ever in this economy. This bad experience is a reflection of the reliability, quality and the kind of job they would be doing and how they would handle any deficiencies or complaints. Thanks but we will go elsewhere. My advice is not to hire these people
The experience I had going through Design flooring was excellent from beginning to end!Caley, in sales, was helpful and patient. He took the time with me that I needed. There was no pressure but great follow through. The installers they used were exceptional! Reliable, prompt, respectful and paid attention to detail. I am thrilled with my new vinyl planking and strongly recommend this company!
We had a leak in the basement shower. Design Flooring Centre sales staff helped us pick out tile, schluter and grout that looks simply amazing. The installer was so professional and courteous. Spent a few minutes each day to explain what he would be doing for the day and keeping us updated while he was working. There was never a mess left behind, and he was so careful with using drop cloths to protect our floors. The bathroom is unbelievably gorgeous, now! The grout lines are so even and consistent, the tiles are immaculate. 100% recommend Design Flooring. I will certainly be a repeat customer. It’s so rare and refreshing to get this level of customer service. They really take the time and effort to make sure everything is done correctly - simply amazing experience!
Design Flooring helped us with all the flooring and tile work in our new house build. The staff was awesome to deal with. They were very knowledgeable In their products and very helpful in our flooring and tile selections. The installation work was top quality and we are so happy with the finished product!
