America's Floor Source - Memphis, TN

Our experience with AFS was phenomenal! Andy was a great communicator and extremely transparent and reliable throughout the entire process. The installers arrived and completed the job quickly and efficiently with wonderful results. The space was left clean and looking great! I will definitely reach out to Andy for any future flooring needs.

We can’t say enough great things about America’s Floor Source! After a burst pipe during the recent storm completely ruined our flooring, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Andy C stepped in right away — he came out promptly, assessed the damage, and helped us find the perfect flooring solution that fit both our style and our budget. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The installation team arrived within the week and had our entire home refloored in just a day and a half — which was incredible considering the circumstances. They were hardworking, professional, polite, and extremely thorough. You could tell they truly cared about doing the job right. What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to Andy and the team at America’s Floor Source! We’re so grateful for their quick response, quality work, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Working with Danielle was absolutely amazing! Not only was she detailed oriented but extremely knowleagable which brough a high level of comfort and trust. No matter how many trips I made to the store, she was available and if not always had a back up plan in place for someone to assist. Her welcoming spirit and down to earth personality is a huge plus which made my experience great! Im looking forward to doing more in the future with Danielle and team. Neal was great as well! A remodel can take some time to work out. So many steps including picking the tile, knowing delivery times, working out getting the tile to scheduling the installer. All I can say is my experience with Andy Collier and Americans Floor Source was awesome. This was my second remodel and always knew I would work go back to AFS. So much to pick from, it can be overwhelming Andy and the rest of the staff definitely helped fine tuned my design for the bathroom floor and shower walls. I am very pleased with the results.

Super happy with the outcome of our floors in our new church building project! The sales team (led by Andy C) did a great job of walking us through the options and helping us make smart selections for our space. The install also went really well and they were quick to respond to any needs we had throughout the project. They installed cove base, floor tile, wall tile, showers, stairs, and carpet in our 50,000 sq. ft. space! Pics attached...
