Floor One

Cesar and Alex, installers from Floor One were absolutely excellent. They were professional, on time, extremely clean, and clearly knew their trade. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they paid attention to detail every step of the way. They respected our home, cleaned up thoroughly, and the finished floors look beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring installation.

Alan and his guys did a great job installing the floors in our house. We had been living with half concrete and half tile for a while. They leveled the floors and installed a moisture barrier and install the floors and baseboards in about 4 and a half days. They moved furniture carefully in each room and did a great job on the install of the flooring. There was great communication between Alan and Javi (project manager) and to myself and my husband all along the way. They cleaned up after themselves. We are so happy with the install and would recommend them to anyone. They work well with Floor and Decor (where we bought material from) and were very competitively priced. Would definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience working with Floor One for my kitchen and stair flooring. The team was efficient, professional, and very thorough from start to finish. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was done correctly and neatly. What really stood out was their insight and creativity. They offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the process that enhanced the overall look and functionality of the space. Their guidance helped me make confident decisions, and the end result showed me they knew what they were talking about! The work was completed in a timely manner, well it was an extremely dusty process, the craftsmanship was solid, and the final result looks great! I truly appreciate their reliability and the care they took in my home. I would definitely recommend Floor One to anyone looking for quality work- Victor, Nick, Mike and the whole team will take great care of you!

It is with immense satisfaction that I write to your team on the recently completed renovation of our property. The exceptional quality of work delivered by Floor One has truly transformed our space. Specifically, I wish to recognize Alan, whose expertise and meticulous approach to the flooring installation were exemplary. His commitment to ensuring the job was done correctly, coupled with his willingness to work at a pace that accommodated our needs without rushing, was greatly appreciated. While there were initial communication challenges at the beginning of the project involving our salesman, Jason , I am pleased to report that both Abel and Norberto demonstrated outstanding dedication to customer service. Their proactive efforts to rectify the situation and ensure our complete satisfaction went above and beyond our expectations. The attention to detail exhibited by all members of your installation team was consistently impressive, reflecting a high standard of professionalism throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the personal involvement and patience of the owner during the final walkthrough were deeply valued, reinforcing our confidence in your company's commitment to client satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the overall experience.
