Don't really understand what goes on here. Went in and was treated like I was in the wrong place looking for a kitchen backsplash, even though kitchen backsplash are sold here. The place was empty when I came in, empty when I left, and empty everytime I pass it on my way home. I explained what we were looking for, left my information with the two gentlemen and left. They told me someone would get back to me with a bunch of options. It's been weeks without an email. Too busy with all those in-store customers?... I guess my money isn't green... I wanted to shop at a small business but it's disappointing how I was treated.
Great working with Taylor's Flooring! Jake Taylor was always available for questions and the installer was pleasant, efficient and cleaned up after he was done. Will definitely use them again!
