My experience with the Flooring outfit was fantastic. From the minute I walked into their showroom and met Kelsey she showed me around I knew this was the company that was going to do my floors. I spent some time there looking at all their samples and left with 2 to bring home. Kelsey schedule a appointment and came to my house to measure. She is very knowledgeable and gave me a quote that day.I did go back to their showroom and met Jake the owner for some more information.The communication through the whole process was great.!!! The 2 gentlemen that did the install were great!!!!! David/Juan. Roman was the supervisor of the 2 installers and he to was a pleasure to work with.It was a great experience to work with all the staff. Who knows maybe countertops next !!!!!!!!Highly recommend this business....JT
We just had a great experience buying carpet for two bedrooms and a walk-in closet from The Flooring Outfit. We went there initially because they carried a brand of "Pet-Friendly" carpet no one else in the area did. In they end, they helped us choose a "pet proof" product from another company that has much more contemporary -- and less expensive -- options. Installers were very respectful and would have moved large furniture for us but we chose to do it ourselves. Huge dog-lovers, their own dogs are often at the shop.
Let me start out by saying these people are amazing! From the owner Jake, to Andrew in the warehouse to Kelsey who came out for our free estimate and walked me through or should I say talked me through all my questions along the way. We had LPV put in 3 different room in our home.with baseboards. The communication far surpassed my expectations, from arrival of materials to start and finish times. Before my husband and I made a decision I must have gone to their office at least 6 different times getting different samples and changing our price point.for product. I would then coming home with more samples. Yes, I was that customer! They were so patient and worked with me and any new question or plan I came to them with. The installation guys were wonderful they were on time, worked hard and once again communicated as they progressed and kept the work areas clean. Roman the head of the instillation team was great and has a diligent group of guys working for him!Stop shopping around and go see them for your flooring needs. You will not be disappointed!!!!
From start to finish, our experience with The Flooring Outfit was exceptional. After our refrigerator flooded, we faced significant warping in our floorboards, necessitating a complete replacement of our first floor.The professionalism of the entire team—from Jake and Kelsey in the office to Roman’s on-site construction crew—was impressive. Each member of The Flooring Outfit demonstrated a commitment to high-quality work and outstanding customer service.Despite encountering challenges while removing glued-down laminate in the sweltering 115-degree heat, the team persevered and ensured the project stayed on track.We are thrilled with our new floors and would not hesitate to choose The Flooring Outfit for all our future flooring needs!
Jake and his office staff were amazing!! We were looking to have the carpet in our bedrooms replaced and he recommended we check out vinyl flooring. We ended up taking his recommendation and couldn't be happier! His install crew left the place spotless. Can't wait to get the rest of the house done!
