Floor & Decor

I had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor thanks to Jillieann and Scarlet. They were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of picking out tile and all the accessories to go with it. They took the time to understand the look I was going for, walked me through different tile options, and gave great advice on finishes, spacing, trim pieces, and all the small details that make a big difference. Their knowledge made the process much easier and far less overwhelming. Both were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choices for my project. Because of them, I feel confident in everything I selected. Highly recommend working with Jillieann and Scarlet if you are shopping at Floor and Decor. They made the experience smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.

Absolutely lovely experience at Floor & Decor, Midtown. Carlos Rodriguez helped me design the bathroom of my dreams! I came in with little to no idea—this was my first remodeling project ever—and his knowledge and expertise guided me toward an affordable, yet rich-looking, modern and functional bathroom. Carlos didn’t just help with tile selection; he took the time to sit with me and design the bathroom in Floor & Decor’s own virtual platform. That visual tool helped me see how the tiles would look together and was incredibly helpful for my contractor, who used the rendering to bring the design to life. Carlos was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. The Midtown location is a dream; everything looks neat and beautiful, and it’s incredibly inspiring to be in that space. I highly recommend Floor & Decor Midtown, and specifically Carlos Rodriguez, for anyone starting a remodel.

I recently bought flooring and tiles for my bathroom renovation, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The selection is amazing; I found exactly what I needed to create a modern and elegant look. The quality of the materials is outstanding, and you can really feel the difference once installed. Carlos was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect combinations, even giving me great tips for installation and maintenance. I highly recommend Floor & Decor to anyone who’s remodeling their home.

I am an architect and when there with two different clients. Super service and such a great place to go through materials and work out what the projects needed. I have bought from floor and decor for years, but the design studio now gives my clients confidence to order because of the professional showroom. In the past it was difficult to shop materials with my clients in the warehouse locations. Two thumbs up. And I want to recommend Scarlet, for her professional help with both orders. My clients also were impressed.
