We engaged with Mid-Tex of Midland on several occasions over a 5-year period to purchase and install flooring and other tile work in our home. We found their sales staff, in particular Dillon Renz, to be extremely helpful, attentive, patient, and kind while my wife considered multiple flooring types, textures, colors, materials, and was very knowledgeable when answering questions about process and execution of the materials delivery and installation. Ultimately we settled on engineered hardwood for both our front living/dining room and our master bedroom. We settled on very large ceramic tile for our flooring throughout the rest of our home, and various bathroom tiles for our hall bath and master bathroom that were all installed efficiently, professionally, and accurately. At Dillon’s recommendation, we decided to use a dustless demo service by one of their business partners for the demo of our existing tile. This was wonderful and we highly recommend this service. We have been overjoyed with the outcome of our home and believe upgrading these areas have created huge value and pride in our home. We highly recommend working with Mid-Tex of Midland for flooring and tile choices.
They will help you find carpet but when it's time for the appointment, to come out and measure and get the quote you will have to call multiple times to get them to come to the appointment that was set and beg for the quote
My husband and I purchased a house last year and wanted to do tile throughout. Irma C. helped us the minute I walked into the store for the first time. Irma came to our house to ensure measurements were correct, would answer my texts when I had questions, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process . Irma allowed us to take some samples home, which was so helpful - we picked the perfect tile and couldn’t be happier! Irma is truly one of a kind and provided fantastic customer service to us. Mid-Tex has a great selection of tile, and being able to take home samples was great! I can’t recommend this store - and Irma - enough! We’ll definitely be back for all our tile needs!
Had ana amazing experience and the lady at the front desk was very helpful with little information I had for my pickup lol & the gentleman who helps load was more then helpful! Wish I got his name, younger man with glasses working the forklift! Went up and beyond trying to makesure everything was secured before I left! Great experience! Highly recommend ??????????
Just got our floor done by Midtex. Our salesman Dillon was phenomenal. We weren’t sure about which floor type would best suit our needs. He was knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction all while keeping our budget in mind. I can’t express how great it was to work with this company. We have many renovation plans in the future and I will definitely be coming back. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Thank you Dillon at Midtex!!!!
