In from Oklahoma for work...stopped in for some material and to look at some tile...Jacob and Tino were absolutely amazing!!! Super helpful front counter as well as some unbeatable pricing! Definitely a store I will continue to frequent when I'm in the area!!!

Great customer service. Overestimated how much versa bond I needed by 11 bags, but maybe I’ll use down the road. Otherwise, that’s a minor issue. Made a call to me to recommend what size trailer I needed to load my material. Very attentive to preferences I had on tile and cost. Sierra helped me watch my bottom line on spend. I’d recommend over and over again. I won’t go to the chain stores as long as Sierra is around.
Horrible experience, Don't waste your time here.What a joke, we were told that the second time they messed up our order that the tile was in. We sent our builder over to pick it up. They told him that it was not there. So we called Brandon and he said that the order was in. When we drove over they had half our order. Who needs half a back splash? Then the woman working the desk caught an attitude with us saying that it was an in stock item. Obviously that was not the case, unless you want half of what your ordered. we wasted two weeks, save your time and go else where.
WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!I ordered tile from the on Jan 12th to arrive on Jan 16th. Was not ordered reordered on Jan 16th to arrive on Jan 19th again was not reordered because the representative from that tile company did not open his email for the orders. I contacted the owner on this matter on both events and she April said to contact the store manager Brandon because her husband was sick and he was taking over the store for now. I contacted Brandon and asked him what the problem was and he said they ball was dropped. I told him to get me a great price if he wanted me to reorder from him. The contractor contacted me and said that Brandon and the rep had both agreed to sell me the tile at $1.10 a sq ft instead of $3.10 a sq ft. I said go ahead and order it for a third time. It was to arrive on the 19th but again it did not arrive until yesterday Jan 22nd. Well Brandon is now out sick and Ray say the best he can do is $2.59 a sq ft because Brandon's phone is dead and can't get a hold of him for 2 days and the owners are out of commission also so no one can give him an answer. Guessing no one makes or takes note just in case everyone gets sick and leaves this store. I have wasted 3 weeks with over promises and nothing delivered but lies.VERY DISAPPOINTING. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY THERE EVER... NO STRAIGHT ANSWERS AND TOO MUCH DELAYED TIME.
