Hello,
I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for addressing my concerns regarding the carpet installation and for providing compensation. While the installation did not meet expectations, I truly appreciate the way your company handled the situation.
It means a lot to see a business stand by its work and do the right thing. Your professionalism and willingness to make things right did not go unnoticed, and I’m very grateful for how this was resolved.
Thank you again for your time and integrity.
Best regards,
Shannon

Had many carpets bound into rugs. Great price on carpets. Easy to work with and gave us great advice on how to achieve what we wanted without it being an upsell

I was able to carpet two small bedrooms for $700. They used "remnants", saving me a lot of money. I'm a first time homeowner, so this was a big deal! They were out the morning after I called them. They even carpeted the closet for me at no additional cost, and gave me some extra length just in case I needed it. Their work is excellent! Their prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend them!

We recently had our bedroom carpets replaced by Carpet Factory Outlet and had a great experience. We were able to quickly pick a carpet, schedule the service for only a few days later and for a very reasonable price that included tear out and haul away of our old carpet. The guys had our 3 bedrooms completed start to finish in a little over 2 hours. Some minor baseboard damage, but nothing some wood filler and paint couldn’t fix. I would recommend them to anyone.
