Joe was very helpful with choosing flooring for our condo rejuvenation project. He came and shared his expertise on what carpet and color would look best. He even kept our project on his mind and suggested the PERFECT vinyl flooring for the kitchen. He was so accommodating and the crew did a fantastic job with installation. Our contractor was pleased with all of his interactions as well and we highly recommend Carpet Mill Outlet for quality and affordable flooring! Everything looks AMAZING!

This was our second flooring project with Carpet Mill Outlet and We are so happy with our new carpet from Carpet Mill Outlet. Joe and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Their large selection of carpet and pads made choosing our carpet so easy! Plus, they had it in stock, so Install was scheduled quickly. The installers were polite, clean, and worked quietly. The final product is more than we could have hoped for. We can’t wait to enjoy our new carpet for years to come! Well done, Carpet Mill Outlet!

Great experience! Joe is very knowledgeable and gave us the information we needed to select the right flooring for our basement; and even came out a second time to measure when we made a change at the last minute. Very satisfied with the great customer service, quality of the LVP, and the carpeting, pricing, and the craftsmanship of the installation.

Jim and his team were incredible! Not only was pricing and selection fantastic at the start, but they were flexible as my project schedule shifted based on other contractors. The best of it was the outcome, Jim's team put in an 11 hour day to get my entire basement done on one trip and it all looks amazing. Super courteous, clean and professional crew on the install! I highly recommend!
