UB Hardwoods & Flooring

We recently decided to do some upgrades to our home, including granite countertops, refinishing our Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, and installing new flooring in our basement. Choosing Bob Miller and UB Hardwoods was absolutely the right decision. From the beautiful granite countertops to the incredible job they did refinishing our Brazilian cherry floors and installing the new basement flooring, the results truly make our house look and feel like a brand-new home. Melanie and Rachel in the showroom was wonderful to work with and helped guide us through the process, and the installation team was equally impressive. Everyone involved was professional, skilled, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to the entire team for all your hard work. We will definitely be recommending you to everyone we know!

UB Hardwoods was fantastic to work with on hardwood, laminate, and carpet flooring for our new construction home. Shawn was great, he set us up with the product we wanted that was perfect for our family. Everyone we worked with at UB was professional, helpful, and provided great insight as we tried to turn our vision into reality. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

The experience provided by UB Flooring was exceptional from the initial showroom assistance that offered knowledgeable expertise on all the many product choices, to the planning and scheduling and onto the work provided from the crew on installation day. It was a home run! We are thrilled with our new flooring and would highly recommend UB Flooring because of their superior customer service. We will select UB Flooring again for all our future work because of such a great experience.

Outstanding service from UB Hardwoods! The team went the extra mile, going above & beyond ensuring everything went perfectly from start to finish. We love our new wood floor on the entire main level! Much thanks & appreciation!! Highly recommend!!

We had an outstanding experience with UB Hardwoods. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and dedicated to delivering top-quality work. Their craftsmanship is excellent, and they truly stand behind what they do and are willing to address any issues promptly and thoroughly. When we discovered that a section of the flooring in our home was red oak while the rest was white oak, the owner and his team personally came out to assess the situation. They took the time to explain our options and provided a thoughtful recommendation. We appreciated how quickly they worked us back into their schedule to replace the red oak so that everything matched seamlessly, allowing us to achieve the lighter finish we had envisioned. They were flexible and incredibly accommodating in helping us fine-tune a custom stain color that complemented our space perfectly. Their showroom is beautiful, welcoming, and filled with high-quality samples. Every team member we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend UB Hardwoods and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. A truly top-notch experience from a company that cares about getting it right.
