I have nothing but praise for Decor Floors.I experienced a flood in my condo which required the removal of all of my hardwood flooring. I submitted an insurance claim and used the contractor/restoration company recommended by the insurance company. The restoration company contracted the work out to Decor Floors and not having ever heard of them, I googled them. The reviews were very helpful and I felt confident they would do a good job.I was working under a very tight timeline as I needed to fly to the US due to a family medical emergency.The entire staff at Decor were exceptional. Deep and Mansoor were very helpful with answering questions and helping me select the flooring. Kiran was incredibly responsive to all my queries and was very helpful with scheduling as I had to book elevators, etc.When it was discovered that the crew would have to dismantle my kitchen (lower cabinetry and peninsula) to facilitate the installation of the flooring I was concerned that the extended timeline would interfere with my flight to the US. Kiran reassured me that they would complete the job in time and sure enough she was correct. The installers did a fabulous job and I absolutely love my new floors.I am so grateful to the entire staff for making the whole process worry free. I highly recommend Decor Floors for any of your flooring needs. When it comes time to replace the carpeting in my den and bedroom I will definitely be using them again.
Decor Floor was great at getting our new flooring done all across the basement. We got multiple rooms done. They removed and disposes existing laminate and installed the new laminate floor. They also removed and disposed of tiles in one of the bedroom and levelled the concrete floor and installed new laminated floors. In the kitchen we installed new vinyl floor. They even Painted new baseboards.The employees who came were so patient with my mom who was a senior and having anxiety about the change. Since I couldn't be there all the time to keep her anxiety down, the employees really helped to make her feel that everything was going to be done the way we wanted it. I truly appreciate them being so understanding and caring with my mom to make her feel at ease. When the project was done everyone was happy. We will be using their services again the future if we need to. Thank you for everything.
Water damage,caused by a bursted seam in our hot water tank required, among other repairs, the replacement of all the laminate flooring in our finished basement.After doing our research on various products we decided to have replacement completed by Decor Floors, as Deep Randkawa's answers to all our questions were 100% in line with our research. She was very precise in telling us the why of what we could and could not use. We scheduled two days to complete the install. The Decor team arrived at 9AM and worked until the job was completed, a little after 7PM. They were extemely polite and hard working. They would not leave until we thoroughly inspected the floor and shoe molding they had installed.Our experience dealing with the Decor Floor team was very positive and we are very happy with the laminate floor installation . I had a great experience with Decor after experiencing a flood, which required all my flooring to be replaced. The team was so friendly and helpful from the initial consult and throughout the project, and I was blown away with how great the finished floors looked. The attention to detail and overall care was better than I had hoped for, especially since I wanted the wood floors to be laid on an angle. Highly highly recommend.
