I saw a sample of the flooring on display IN STORE, so I ordered it, only to receive something completely different (color, and VERY poor quality). Because I didn’t get what I ordered, I asked for a FULL REFUND. The staff (Colleen) are rude and pass the return decision to the Owner, KAREEM HAMAM, who refused to talk to me. No staff would give me a phone number to contact him. I sent the owner an email to which he responded that ''he will not accept the return AT ALL, nor load it off the truck if I bring it back''. They informed me, because I paid cash, (exact words were) “YOU DON’T EXIST IN OUR BOOKS and therefore we have no responsibility to you nor for the flooring”. DO NOT BUY from them, if you decide to do business with them, TRIPPLE check before you leave the store or you will be stuck in their fraudulent scheme. They take advantage of people by tricking them into buying from them. If you don’t get what you order you lose and they get richer. I don’t know what their true company name is as they are using three different names as mentioned above. I found that out after I purchased the hardwood flooring. After the fact, I found other complaints where they refused to honor damaged products and provided poor service and products. NEVER GIVE THEM MONEY UPFRONT UNTIL THEY HAVE THE STOCK TO SHOW YOU FIRST.
Not cheap but good quality. Helpfull and nice Staff Members.
