I had gone there to pick up some gorgeous tile for our bathroom. Done. Yea!
I then asked 3 different people if they had 4x4 inch white tiles. They walked around a bit, pointed to tiles not even close to what I was asking about, and then they each said, no. ??
A couple of minutes later a nice lady asked us if we needed help and I thought, why not ask her. She took me right to the location of the tile that the other three said no to.???? hmmmmm.

I then thought, look at the website, and the tile I was looking for popped up as the first ones. ?????? In-store, in stock.
I guess I should have gone online first.

If the staff doesn't know for sure about the product they are there, hired to help, then they should, as a minimum, look at their dang own website.
This is not the first time I have been told no, only to discover the item I was searching for was right there.
Very frustrating.
Train your staff or let them go. ??

This review is to give praise and appreciation to De Jan, Damien and Catilyn for the OUTSTANDING, friendly and professional service we received on Thursday October 30, 2025! We arrived in the afternoon during a time they were experiencing a high order volume that had come in as a result of the cold snap. Since the timing of our visit was while they were waiting for the other customers to arrive to pick up the preplaced orders, they teamed together to load our 20, 47 pound boxes onto a cart and onto our truck to get us taken care of before the other pickups. My husband recently had shoulder surgery and wasn’t able to help and the boxes were too heavy for me to help much with so we were so grateful to them for their hard work. I was so impressed with these fine young people and will return to the store anytime I need Floor and Décor type products. Thank you De Jan, Damien and Catilyn!!!!
