Jason and Jeremy were very helpful in picking out our flooring. They gave us several samples to take home and try out in our new house. After we decided on the flooring, they insured that we had everything we needed to get started installing our new flooring. This was the third time I’ve used them to floor an entire house and recommend them for anyone looking to install quality flooring at an affordable price.
Walked into the store 20 min before closing to pick up an item. Instead of getting the typical attitude we expected walking in so close to closing, Jeremy greeted us with a smile & helped us get what we needed. Jeremy made our experience a great one. I highly recommend Lumber Liquidators in Mobile, Al. Jason was very patient with my many questions and visits. He is very knowledgeable about floors!!! Made quite a few trips to the store as I had picked a product from another flooring store but the Lumber Liquidators vinyl planks were a much better product. The difference in the backing on the planks, the thickness and the solid feel of the planks changed my mind to the Lumber Liquidators vinyl planks. Jason never had a negative comment about the competition. He just explained what the specifications meant and what/how to compare. If you have any questions about your choice in flooring, I suggest you go see Jason or the other sales associates at the Mobile store. It will be worth the visit.Part 2. I purchased my flooring from Jason and I chose Artisan Pine. It is more beautiful than I could have imagined. What a difference it has made in my home. Jason, thank you so much for your patience and knowledge. That is why I went with Lumber Liquidators and the fact that it is a superior product. My flooring installer was very impressed and stated that it is a good flooring. I would only make one suggestion and that would be that a more suitable location would benefit the Mobile store (#1157) so much. Had someone not recommended Jason at the Mobile store, I’m not so sure I would have visited the store. I am so glad I did and would recommend the sales associates, especially Jason, for your flooring needs.
So looking for this place was slightly hard to find. Hidden in the corner of the parking lot. Could use better signage for sure! BUTI’m so glad I didn’t give up! Jason and Jeremy were beyond helpful!! I was looking for something to cover up popcorn ceiling. They both listened to my ideas but, because it is their business to sell me the best for my need, they offered me several suggestions on the different products they offered and even gave me an education on the weight of different wood types. Anyway I am so happy with my purchase and am excited to get it next week and get started on my project.
