I absolutely love Prosource. We’re building a home so I visited the store to shop for my floors and I met Paris there who is one of the salespersons. My experience was more than I could have ever expected and that’s all thanks to Paris. From my floors to my cabinets with everything between she has been right there to assist us in our selections. It was awesome that I was able to shop my entire home selections (floor, tile, cabinets, countertops, etc) at this one store!Our salesperson Paris listened to us, she added her expertise into our ideas and the end results have been amazing. We especially love the unmatched quality of products that’s being sold and would recommend this store to anyone because of the variety of products that is offered. We purchased carpet squares for our Reno of our church. Paris was awesome with helping us. Even though to carpet was not what we wanted in the end (on us not Paris) she was so sweet and helping with our return and credit. We will use Ms Paris again for our future purchases.

I'm building a new house and my builder convinced me to drive an hour away to Mobile to have a design consultation with Aly Davis at ProSource. I'm so glad I did, all floors and bathrooms look amazing and I was able to find exactly what I wanted all under one roof. My tile professional met me at the showroom and we collaborated to find the quality tile required for a coastal home. BUT the best reason to shop here is the after-sales service! Shout out to Jessica who took personal accountability for working with their vendors to obtain replacement tile in a timely manner. As my project wraps up I will definitely be going back to ProSource Mobile for some final decorative pieces.
I worked with Paris and my experience was amazing. After spending 2 hours at one of your competitors selecting items to remodel my bathroom only to be told that most of the items had been discontinued I was very frustrated. I explained my experience to Paris and told her what I was looking for. She definitely understood the assignment.. She was very patient and very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store. She helped me to put together all the items I was looking for to design the perfect bathroom. I can’t wait to see it all finished. Thanks again for all your help. You are the best.
