Speer Floors

Larry Speer and his crew Gustavo and Gabriel and many others are the most kind and professional flooring experts in modesto. I have researched Lowe's, Home Depot, Flooring Liquidators, and others but Speer Flooring was the only one that had a consistent 5 star reviews; whereas, the others had very low reviews so I had to see why and was not disappointed. The pictures I have says all and the customer service was quick and professional. Our entire floor was done in a weekend and would have been quicker if I had listen to the professional contractor Gustavo. Gustavo has been doing floors for years and has his contractors license. Always take their advice because they truly know what they are doing when it comes to floors. I couldn't believe how fast the floor was out and the new floor in... I'm still flabbergasted on time, speed, efficiency, and accuracy. Larry is a man of God truly serving his community and it would be a disservice to not choose Speer flooring to get the job done. Gustavo was kind and he went the extra mile and also placed a base board in our bathroom but please ask nicely and offer to tip them hard workers please they deserve it. There was only one thing that was a miss and it was minor but again the superior customer service took over and they fixed it immediately which was impressive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if not REQUIRE you to choose Speer flooring because you will not be disappointed. Larry is truly a humble man and I thank God for him and his crew.

We had great service and installation of our new floors! From the start when we met with Larry at his showroom he listened to our concerns and guided us to the best flooring for us. I did have some concerns about where the flooring came from (China) but he assured me it was good quality and reminded me of the warranty. He came out to our house and did the measuring himself. He kept us updated throughout the process. His installers were top notch and the floor looks great!! We love our floors!! We recommend Speer Flooring highly!!
