Karine
We recently did business with Domus Flooring & Stairs in Dieppe, and we had a good experience overall. The quality of both the product and the service was good.
There was a minor issue related to a quoting/invoicing discrepancy from a previous employee, but the owner handled the situation with exceptional professionalism. He took all the right steps to ensure we were satisfied, which truly speaks to the integrity of the business owner.
Gregoire Landry
Great service and follow up. We had questions, they answered. We had more questions, they answered. Never any pressure to decide. Ended up needing demolition, repair and paint before redoing floors. Michel Melanson coordinated all we needed. No surprise and on time. Very happy.

Ordered spindles, they were somewhat expensive, I had 3 extra that I wanted to return but they refused. I was taken aback because any other store would. Won’t be going back.
Bryan Smith
Fantastic! Prices are not the cheapest but still well worth every penny. They had exactly what I needed and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help.
Bill Mercer
