I do not recommend using Floor Coverings International.

We wanted to purchase LVP for our second floor, and to purchase a carpet runner for our staircase. The LVP installation was great and looks good. The carpet runner discussion, however, was a very bad experience. FCI promised to send us carpet samples and never did. We had several unreturned emails, text messages and voice mail messages. As a result, we ended up using another local carpet company. They were much faster and easier to do business with than FCI.

He helped me pick out a marble-like beige cream tone color and I love it! They replaced my carpet w/this luxury vinyl as well in my master bedroom! From the moment of our appointment to the final walk through just amazing. Being a local business man, I like to connect as much as I can, and I’m glad I did with this company. I’m a pretty good judge of character and speaking with them, telling them my concerns, and hearing what there all about and how the process is, I knew I made a right choice. They arrived as scheduled the from that point on i was amazed like watching them transform my floor, the work and quality they put into it, then a walk through with a gift for maintaining your floors and and thank you card from the team. They really care about there customers and couldn’t stop asking if there was any questions I have for them. I am more then please with them and already scheduled a project with them for my upstairs.
