I do not recommend using Floor Coverings International.We wanted to purchase LVP for our second floor, and to purchase a carpet runner for our staircase. The LVP installation was great and looks good. The carpet runner discussion, however, was a very bad experience. FCI promised to send us carpet samples and never did. We had several unreturned emails, text messages and voice mail messages. As a result, we ended up using another local carpet company. They were much faster and easier to do business with than FCI.
Neal, Mitch, and the team did outstanding work on our floors. The new look elevates the entire space and their clear communication kept everything moving smoothly. Would highly recommend!
Neal Martin quoted me a fair price to take up my wood floors to replace with a gorgeous luxury vinyl, large tile look-alike for my high traffic kitchen/breakfast area! He helped me pick out a marble-like beige cream tone color and I love it! They replaced my carpet w/this luxury vinyl as well in my master bedroom! His two installers worked steadfast to complete my rooms in just a day! I can't thank them enough!! I highly recommend this company for your room update project!!
