We used the Floor Gallery-Lake Norman to redo our floors throughout our entire home. This was a huge deal and quite frankly overwhelming. However, with the help and expertise of Regina, it was no problem. She assisted in walking me through all the options and asked lots of questions in order to best help us decide what would work for our budget and our tastes. She is a wealth of knowledge and because of her candor with what materials would be best for our needs, we bought from here. Regina is a very genuine person and has many years of knowledge about flooring that you don't get from a box store. I felt that she had our best interest at heart from the beginning. Flooring can be a huge expense so you want to get it right the first time, and we felt like we did because of Regina.

Jennifer was very patient and more importantly knowledgeable and guided us through the process of selecting flooring that met our budget and decor. She did an excellent job recommending a tile to match our existing bathroom flooring (we had to fill in around the new bath). Highly recommend.
