We used Redlands Floorhouse 18 years ago and last year. Quality of the product and dependability have been excellent for both installations! So impressed with the installer Nick. He paid attention to detail and always cleaned the workspace before leaving for the day. Highly recommend this company.

Redlands floorhouse was amazing! From the estimater to the installers. They were all professional and did an amazing job. They also worked with us because we had to do the flooring in stages because we have 5 fish tanks. The installer John always kept my husband and I in the loop on any decisions on stairway and was patient when we would change our minds. Thank you to everyone at Redlands floorhouse. We love our flooring!

They did a beautiful, detail oriented job installing hardwood on my stairs. The builder grade stairs under the carpet were uneven and in rough condition, but Brian who did the work made the final outcome perfect! Will absolutely use this company again when I’m ready to do more rooms.

I highly recommend Redlands Floorhouse. The floor work that we required was extensive. We hired them to replace the carpet with a new hardwood floor on the lower level of our house, then sand and refinish the hardwood floor on the upper level. It was almost a three-week job. All I can say is that the floors are beautiful now! Unquestionably, the final result even exceeded our expectations. Eric helped us pick exactly the right flooring, while Caleb and Mike, the crew who showed up at our door every morning, did an impeccable job. If you are nervous about hiring the right people for such an important home project (like we were), let me reassure you: This is the place to call.

It’s been a little over two years since I had Redlands floorhouse floors put in my home. The wood started lifting right after it was installed. They said they would take care me. Which they came out were really nice at first and said not to worry they would take care of it. They sent the company manufactures contracted guy that inspects and basically protects the the company from having to replace their horrible flooring. The Redlands floor house sent out the installer who was had done the original job to fix it but he really didn’t. He replaced one plank of the horrible stuff I had left over. Then they put a coat on the flooring. Which quickly faded. If you drip water on the floor and don’t dry it off immediately the floor wrinkles and bubbles up. I spent over $10,000. I am deeply disappointed. I live a lone so it’s not like there is a lot of people living here so you would think it would hold up. But it’s a substandard material that they shouldn’t even sell. The installer told me later it was a crappie material yet he installed it anyways. I had no idea that a company would do this to me.
