Great granite, but pricey. First time dealing them the experience was good but pricey. Shopped there for granite and tile for the kitchen in my new home, and it’s seems they don’t want my business. I was buying today. When I went to go take a second look at the piece I wanted I was unable to because the yard was closed. In addition, when asking about tile, I had to beg her to show me tile. I told them I was looking to do a black and white tile floor I was shown a black tile and white tile. Again, I had to ask if they had any other tile that black and/or white. Once more, I had my mom come up from MD to share her opinion and was unable to see product. I went somewhere else, and found a very nice piece of granite for about half the price of Ideal. Still looking for tile, but not here any more. Maybe they thought I wasn’t a serious buyer, even though I feel I was very easy customer when I purchased from them in the past.

There’s no reason to go anywhere else. We used Ideal Tile 10 years ago for our kitchen remodel and when it was time to get a backsplash for our new townhome, they were our choice. We stopped at other places first…what a waste of time that was! Ideal has a huge inventory, and their team is patient, very knowledgeable and expert when it comes to design. They even advised our tile guy when he hit a snag during installation. Ask for Michelle - she is great and really knows her stuff!

We have used Ideal Tile in Mt Laurel 3 times now. The first time was 4 years ago when we renovated our kitchen. They were referred to us by my brother. After going to Home Depot, Lowes, and Avalon, we walked into Ideal. Absolutely loved their selection of tiles and backsplash, so very unique and upscale. We worked with Michelle and she was helpful and very professional. Recently, in December we decided to renovate our guest bathroom and went back to Ideal Tile for shower wall, shower floor and bathroom floor tile. Fell in love with the tile we selected. The insight and professionalism from Michelle and Yvonne helped make these selection relatively easy. They also help us with the paint color! We were impressed with the quality and variety of the vanities. While priced higher than what we saw at Home Depot or Lowes, we went with the quality of the product. Finally, we just decided to renovate our powder room and went back a third time because we love the personal treatment, service and quality of the products at Ideal! We selected the tile and vanity and couldn’t be more happy with our decisions! I have and will continue to use and refer them for all projects! Their service, experience and professionalism together with the unique products make them a truly special partner!
