The flooring part of it was the smoothest of all due to Gisela and Harold's professionalism and outstanding service, as well as the installers they recommended. Gisela took her time to explain the qualities of the several options (I got the Durato VEVO Max vinyl floor) and she was super patient, not pushy at all. In this process, I've contacted them several times with questions and they made sure to answer all of them in the most friendly and professional way. They are a hidden gem and I feel very lucky that I found them.

Harold and his sales associate, Gisela, were the epitome of thoughtfulness and professionalism. They kept us informed at every stage of the installation process, providing timelines and informational updates. Helder and Renee, the installers of the hardwood flooring, were artisans of the highest order. They provided us with a master class in the art of hardwood flooring installation. They also removed wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the townhouse with a minimum of dust, and moved furniture as well.It was readily apparent that they were seasoned professionals. Each room was kept impeccably clean during and after the installation. The floors, the steps, the moulding all look beautiful. The work was finished just last week and I have already highly recommended Pro Master Flooring to others.

Great selection of flooring and awesome installation. Others either couldn’t do stairs, or couldn’t rehook up appliances or couldn’t re-install toilet. ProMasters team ran the new flooring under the washer, dryer,stove, dishwasher, fridge and toilet and put everything back. The workers were very pleasant, helpful and hard-working- 1200 sq ft of flooring in 3 days. Check them out if you need flooring!

I highly recommend Pro Master Flooring. In addition to being happy with the final product, the whole process was quick and easy. Gisela and Harold were so helpful as we planned this project, always responding promptly to our questions. We used Pro Master Flooring to install new vinyl flooring throughout our condo and they did a beautiful job. They removed the old carpeting and placed new shoe molding... it looks beautiful, we get compliments all the time. They are very professional and courteous. We loved their work, so we decided to use them to sand and stain our existing hardwood flooring in our home. I am in love with the new floors, they look amazing. They moved all our furniture and placed back, I was expecting a mess with dust, but they cleaned everything. We highly recommend.
