Highly recommend Carolina Carpet! It’s a locally owned family business and Gary and Will are experts. They are nice, professional, and not pushy; they want to make sure you get the best product for you. We especially appreciated this as novice first time home buyers! They have a showroom and then they come onsite to do measurements. Work was completed quickly, the worksite was kept tidy, and the flooring looks great!
Gary was very easy to work with. Not pushy at all. His son Will came the same day to take measurements of our bonus room. They installed as soon as the carpet arrived…in about 2 weeks. Earlier than expected! The two men who installed the carpet were courteous from the beginning to end. From start to finish installation was about 4 1/2 hours. I highly recommend
Carolina Carpet is wonderful to work with. We had our carpeted stairs converted to hardwood and it was the best decision we've made - it's really increased the value of our home and the stairs are just beautiful. Gary and his team were so professional and easy to work with, from start to finish. If anything unexpected came up with, they rushed to address the issue as quickly as possible. I'd recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely be utilizing them in the future for all of our flooring needs.
My husband and I had never purchased carpet before, so we were a tad nervous. After all, once you make the decision and it's installed, it's down for quite a while...unless you're someone who can afford to make a mistake and have it immediately corrected. We knew that we not only didn't want to make a mistake in choosing the correct color for our den, but we also wanted to purchase the absolute best carpet that we could afford because we didn't want to have to turn around and replace it in just a few years. We'd gone to another local carpet store, but were put off by their claiming "free estimates" when in fact they are charging you $250 just to come out to measure...whether or not you purchase carpet from them. My husband did some online research and found Carolina Carpet. Since we prefer to do business with locally owned and operated folks, we decided to check them out. We are so glad that we did! Gary has been in the carpet business locally for at least 29 years. We told him what we were looking for, and he began to talk to us about another brand with extremely similar characteristics, but that costs a lot less. He let us take home sample boards so that we could match up the various swatches in order to determine the absolute best color. The installers did an AMAZING job. I cannot believe the night and day difference in our den now! We are so thrilled that the day after the install, we ordered carpet for two more rooms in our house! We couldn't be happier with this carpet! While Gary sells the name brand carpet we were looking for, most business owners wouldn't have told us about a different brand of carpet with the same features, but costs less. That is what I call honesty and integrity. Definitely go check out the shop if you're considering new flooring.
