We had a wonderful experience working with Elliot Brothers on our flooring and staircase renovation. Glen and his team replaced all of our engineered wood floors with LVP and completely redid our staircase in hardwood. The results are absolutely beautiful. Our home feels completely transformed!

The team at Elliot Brothers was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were very responsive, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress free from start to finish.

There were slight delays due to a hurricane, but that was completely out of their control. Our only minor complaint is that painting was not included as part of the staircase renovation, so we had to arrange that separately. It would have been helpful to have that included or offered as an add on.

Overall, almost 2 years later, we are extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Elliot Brothers for flooring and stair projects!

We were lucky enough to find Elliot Brothers when searching for a unique wood mantle for our outdoor fireplace. When we visited their showroom months ago, Holly was so helpful and knowledgeable. We found the perfect unique driftwood mantle! We were months away from it being able to be delivered (our house was being built) but Holly accommodated holding the piece for us until we were ready. Later in the construction process we reached back out to see if they could custom build barn doors to our master bath entry. We shared a picture of what we had in mind and then measurements. The communication with Holly and Rich (carpenter who custom built our doors) and their attention to detail was excellent . We live a little over 2 hours away so clear communication and responsiveness was critical to us in making sure this project was perfect. Fast forward a few more months… today was delivery and install day! The install/delivery team that made the long trip showed up on time (actually early) and were so respectful, polite and pleasant to work with. They were so detailed, took the time to make sure they understood exactly how we wanted these beautiful pieces hung. This team worked all day, never once trying to rush or shortcut the work and we felt they sincerely wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with the final result. And we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. Thank you Holly, Rich, Milton, Henry, Kevin, Umberto - we appreciate all your efforts and your wonderful attitudes and solid work ethic in creating, delivering and installing these beautiful pieces that will last a lifetime! If you are looking for something unique in your home and want to work with people who listen and care about their customers - we highly recommend Elliott Brothers. We will definitely be using them again for some other woodwork things we may add to our home once we are settled in.
