Clay came out & walked the site with me & we went over multiple options. Pretty quickly I had estimates to go several directions with my renovations. After I told him which laminate tile I wanted, he got to work right away on ordering it and took the time to answer all of my husband’s questions thoroughly and promptly. Gonzalo and his team did an amazing job, everything turned out even better than I had imagined. They were courteous, efficient, and even helped us re-install part of our existing flooring that we pulled up to fix some water damage. From the start in 2024, he was always available to answer any questions we had—and if he didn’t know the answer, he made sure to point us in the right direction. We first started looking for floors late last year and decided to move forward with the purchase in August of 2025. Throughout that entire time, Scott remained helpful, responsive, and professional. Also, for those wondering, we did an entire house floor install while installing new counters and painting.

Floor Coverings International took the carpet out of our master bedroom, walk in closet and office and replaced it with a Shaw LVP that perfectly matched the LVP in the rest of the downstairs. The crew that did the work did it all in 2:15 min! This included moving furniture, taking out the carpet, installing the LVP and the toe molding along the base boards. Very professional and outstanding results. You can’t even tell where they laced the existing LVP into the office and master bedroom from the hallway. The whole experience from contacting Scott to the finished product went effortlessly. I highly recommend FCI for your flooring project. Thank you Scott and team.
