Langdon Floorcovering did a fantastic job with our flooring, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We shopped around and spoke with several contractors, but they immediately stood out. Our main priority was finding flooring that matched our existing planks. The first contractor brought a sample that looked nothing like what we had and even got the material wrong. The second told us the flooring wasn’t available at all. Langdon Floors was the only team that truly took the time to search for and source our exact planks.Nick was especially great, he was very detailed in explaining our options and made sure we understood everything before moving forward, which we really appreciated. On top of that, their pricing was competitive compared to other quotes we received, especially considering the level of care and service they provided.Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We’ve had contractors show up unannounced before, which is stressful when you have reactive dogs and a baby. Their team worked with our schedule, was consistently on time, and kept us updated every step of the way. Even when there were weather-related delivery delays (completely out of their control), they handled it professionally and even provided compensation, which we thought was incredibly thoughtful.Most importantly, the floors look amazing. Second time customer (soon to be third). Nick and his crew are amazing! We started by taking care of the staircase and upstairs hallway. We loved their work and their work ethic so much that we asked them to come back and do our master bedroom. Quick work and everyone he has installing has been so easy and nice to work with. We’re going to be giving him a call in the next few weeks to setup the rest of our bedroom installations. ?? Trust me, you’ll love it!
Nick was professional and courteous when looking over the floors throughout the house to give an estimate to replace the carpet, linoleum and ceramic tile to luxury vinyl wood. There was good communication when choosing a color that would match as closely as possible to what had been installed in the hallways. The guys who came out to do the work were awesome! They happily moved large furniture pieces around and move them back when they were done. They were friendly and courteous and focused on the job at hand. I have used Langdon Flooring to replace floors in my Murrieta house and referred them to my granddaughter to replace floors in her house. I would definitely recommend this company.
