My wife and I learned about Floor Authority when I called Scott Mitchell, owner of Quest Custom Homes for a project that included renovation of our master bath shower and tub. We have relied on Quest for numerous very successful home repair and renovation projects over many years. When Scott said he uses Floor Authority for his tile and flooring projects in his custom home builds and renovations, that was all we needed to hear.Allison, Sales Manager at Floor Authority showroom was great at assisting us with tile selection for the replacement of our tiled shower and the tiled walls surrounding our tub and providing the guidance needed at the start of our project.Cameron Embry, Project Manager at Floor Authority was excellent throughout the entire process of teardown, preparation and installation. His guidance and supervision of the tile installers insured a flawless result and perfect installation of our new ceramic tiled shower!Floor authority was a pleasure to work with from start to finish!
We had a fantastic experience.From the moment we walked in and we were greeted by Susie and then helped in making our tile selections by Allison and Lindsay.We appreciated the thought and patience they had in helping us finalizing this project.This was just the beginning of our renovations and we will certainly be returning to this store amd look forward to working with these ladies in the future.

I highly recommend the Floor Authority!They couldn’t have been more helpful to my wife and I as we worked to find replacement porcelain tile for our kitchen. They also gave us numerous contractor references for installing the new tile.We chose ProLevel Tiling. Rick did an awesome job removing and replacing the tile. He was consistently on time arriving at our home and communicated well when there were questions about the project. Simply put, Rick is a master at his craft.We won’t hesitate using the Floor Authority and ProLevel Tiling again.
I have to start off with giving Lindsay a 5 star rating. She was so wonderful to work with. Always so polite and never made me feel rushed to pick anything out. I searched high and low for flooring and tile. My builder recommended FA and I’m so glad he did. Everything from start to finish was so professional and install was quick and beautifully done. I highly recommend floor authority to anyone looking for the perfect look.I wish I could upload videos on a review but it won’t allow. So screenshots will have to work for some of my pictures.
