I was very happy with the team at Floor Coverings International.Mike was really helpful in bringing us samples to the condo and educating us on what might work best and following through to the end.The floor in the condo also needed leveling, and they kept me in the loop, meeting with me when the job was finished, making sure I was happy with everything. The owner even reached out via email a couple of times and provided me with a final billing statement very quickly when asked.The condo was surprisingly clean as they worked and when the finished. They were honest from the beginning to the end, and the price was very fair.
The whole team ,from sales to installation team were professional , friendly and and follow-up was timely and on target. Very pleased. JB

Very good customer service. Mike explained everything, gave suggestions, and was very easy to work with. The flooring came in very quickly and the install was completed in a timely manner. All furniture was put away exactly the way it was, everything was clean, and the floors look amazing!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future for sure!!! In this family-owned business, you experience the personalization and pride each member has in the company. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and neat, leaving the house looking pristine. A site manager stopped by as the job was starting to make sure everything was going as planned, and again at the end of the day to ensure completion. And, a few days later, the owner came by to do a final check as well as to thank us for our business. Professional service at its best! Cannot recommend Floor Coverings International highly enough! We will be using this company again when we redo our bathroom!
