100% satisfied with Get Floored and not a single complaint! They are an exceptional local company from when we entered their showroom until their installation crew left our home. Diane was wonderful showing us many floor samples and after choosing one she kindly put a hold on it at the warehouse because it was in short supply and she wanted to ensure enough would be available to do our job. They met our short timeline for an installation date. John who measured the job was extremely knowledgable and informative. Jacob answered all my questions about their quote with complete satisfaction. And I was fully impressed with at the quality of the work Hoffa and his partner did to complete the job. They carefully moved our heavy furniture several times during the install process, pulled up all the old carpet and tack strips wihtout making any mess whatsoever, sanded the wood floors with no dust that I could visibly notice, treated the floors, and installed the new flooring and all the quarter found with perfection. They alloted 3 days for the job and finished in 1.5 days, plus they kindly helped move some smaller furnitur6e back upstairs for us.Get Floored by Jacob may be my favorite company of all time because of thier utmost attention to customer satisfaction, work details and product quality. My wife absolutely loves the new floor and if she's that happy, they did their job very well.
Great people-great price! Loved that their carpet pricing was listed on their website so we stopped by their store. Very helpful in helping us pick the right carpet. The owners father came for measurements and said they had a carpet choice very close to what I picked that they had ordered and received in error and he would do a better price. It worked out great! The installer came and made quick work of the install. They even moved all furniture and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use Get Floored again. Very professional up front people.
