We were referred to Cory through social media as a specialist in refinishing wood floors and railing replacement. Other vendors would only quote for one or the other. Cory provided fantastic value and a great reputation. Having done several renovations over the last few years I was pleasantly surprised at Cory's professionalism, knowledge, work ethic and quality of work. He was always ON TIME and would inform of of any changes to the work schedule. He explained decisions and direction and incorporated requested changes when appropriate. The work is top notch and we constantly gets rave reviews comments on how beautiful the project turned out. Cory provided a "custom" natural finish to modernize standard 30 year old Red Oak strip hardwood flooring. Along with the railings it feels like a whole new house. This was all for much less than most of the other quotes we received. Any concerns were dealt with through discussion and a smile. I highly recommend Cory as a professional and a person. My only regret is that I took so long to write the review!!! A+++++
