We have dealt with Jordons in Nanaimo for over 25 years plus and had the privilege of dealing with Shawn Elwood when purchasing our six area rugs, large and small. What a great experience. Stephen Judd (the sales manager) answered all of our questions regarding all of the the flooring options. He provided large samples to take home which made choosing the right product so easy. Excellent communication with Stephen from the start of the project right through to completion.Patrick (installer) was excellent. He arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. He levelled our very unlevel floor on day one.On day two laid the floor and mounted new baseboards. No mess, no fuss. A super nice young man.Overall one of the best home project experiences I have ever had.A side note: The original installer assigned to the project had a family emergency three days before our job was to begin. If my wife and I had known this we would've been freaking out. But Stephen had a backup plan and the project proceeded without a hitch. That's a FIVE STAR operation!
Recently purchased another carpet at Nanaimo Jordan's Store! Wow, they now have a great selection of furniture, decor and carpets. New Manager, Julie, is an interior designer and the store displays reflect her talents. Customer service is outstanding! I took a carpet home and it just wasn't what I wanted. I was encouraged to bring it back and choose another. In addition, I was able to take advantage of the sale. Love my new refreshed look in my living room now. Great place to consult and shop!!!
