I went in to get replacement carpet for my stairs, Jesse was excellent she helped me find a beautiful remnant to be placed on my stairs. While I waited to finish up she offered me to go look around at the furniture, I found a $5000 Massoud chair, some pillows and I will go back next week to look for other things. I love the one stop shop!! Even got some flowers from their florist!

The installers were two of the hardest working people I've ever observed. They were also experienced and competent. I'm very satisfied with the appearance and feel of the finished product.

We were looking at updating our basement flooring from carpet to LVP. Jes did a great job showing us samples and helping us select Mannington AduraMax Highland Oak- Forest Glen color which looks amazing. The installation team did a great job - thanks to Gonzolo. We also replaced the tile in the basement bath with the LVP. Ran into an issue with the toilet flange being too high. Tony did a great job explaining the issue and had a plumber come out the next day to take care of it. Great service and customer care from Jes and Tony.

We will certainly recommend FCA to others as we have had a number of compliments on how great the flooring looks in the basement.
