We recently had the carpet replaced on our entire second floor and staircase, and the experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The new carpet has completely transformed the space—everything looks fresh, elegant, and beautifully finished. The stairs, in particular, look fantastic and really elevate the overall look of the floor.

A special thank you to the installation crew for their outstanding work. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure every corner, seam, and stair edge was installed perfectly.

Huge appreciation to owner Faris for running such a professional and customer-focused business and ensuring everything went smoothly. Also a big shoutout to Sam, our salesperson, who was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in guiding us to the perfect carpet choice for our home.

Working with High Quality Flooring has been a great experience.
Everyone we worked with was professional and very skilled in the flooring business. Had a good experience with Sam, we began the project with him, then worked with a great group of people who were respectful of our home and furniture. The owner is very diligent about ensuring the work being done is completed as promised and takes pride in the finished product. We had our wood floors refinished, a new railing installed and carpeting in the lower level.

If you are looking for a company that does great work and has great customer service look no further. I recently used High Quality Flooring to replace my floors and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. I had LVP and carpet installed. The carpet is so plush and the colors came out amazing. Faris made the process so simple and was available whenever I needed to ask just one more question! His team was professional and the work was done quickly.

I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service follow up on my home project. It was almost a year since I received new kitchen ceramic tile from this company and carpeting coating approximately a little over 10,000.It was established that there were 3 layers that needed to be replaced and I was in agreement with the price provided. The grout began coming up and the tiles were shifting. The owner Frank came to access and sent his workers who stated there was no need to re grout because I would have the same problem soon. He fired those guys and sent another crew who said the exact same thing. I was given a 4000 price to correct their problem, Frank stated that I would have to pay have and he wasn’t budging. My house was a mess for a week, my first grandchild was born so I agreed to just regrout for a quick fix. As an owner who knew there was a problem,covered up by his staff and he was ok with just patching is unsettling for me to say the least. Needless to say grout is coming up again after only 3 days . I’ve waisted money and time and do not recommend this company!

Response to owner- Frank you are a lier you know you provided all materials. The regrout I did buy because you refused and told me the kind to purchase. You and your workers did not thoroughly inspect BEFORE doing the job simple. You are suppose to be experts. Again my floor is still coming apart and you choose to wash your hands of the job instead of fixing the problem.
