Just had Refloor put in luxury vinyl flooring in both my bedrooms and made new steps from the vinyl. I am so happy with the look of them they look so expensive when they're really not. The guys could not have been better to work with

Loved the Free Consultation Experience. Lots of color options. Professional, Informative, Friendly, Patient and Worked Within Reason on our Budget. Quick install time frame. Looking forward to the results.I'll update again with photos after installation.*Constructive Criticism*Installers need to text or call on their way. People get a window but don't know until the doorbell is rang and dogs are going crazy and you're scrambling around.They didn't bring enough flooring so we were not prepared for 2 days off work, so we had them come at lunchtime and it was fine for what was left to finish. Thank you hubby!! Just be prepared for being at home for any oops.They had to pour concrete to bring the laundry room slab up level with the hallway, however, poured too much and it goes up hill some. Not the end of the world, but they need to make sure they pour the right amount to actually be level. Nice they poured it at all I suppose. :)All in all it was a pretty pleasant experience and the crew was very nice, they did everything else agreed to when we purchased and we're very happy. I'll be referring them a lot.
