Best Deal Floors really lives up to their name. Incredible work for a budget-friendly price.

From the start, Tony was incredibly responsive over phone and text. He answered all my questions promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity compared to other flooring companies I spoke with. Rather than steering me to a particular service or rushing me, Tony took the time to explain the pros and cons of different flooring options, helping me choose what would actually work best for my home and budget.

In just a few days, Tony and his team had fully transformed my stairs and upper floor. The quality of their work cannot be understated. They removed our carpet down to every staple and nail. Even though hardwood underneath was beat up with paint stains, scratches, burns and burns from a previous owner, they made it look brand new. They also did the work of moving my furniture and heavy items out and back into the room.

I couldn’t be happier with the results and feel so much better now that the carpet is gone (which turned out to be the source of my allergies). I plan to have them back to refinish the rest of my floors. Highly recommend.

Prices are good- which is why it’s not a 1 star review

Picture shows the Color of the out stock flooring, LOOKS GREAT, BUT it has air under one section due to out of stock material and did some short cut work.

Reason for the 2 star review- Overall experience was good until I asked to fix a floor board that was moving. Tony said he will try to get new pieces, the Dark wood flooring, but said they are Now out of stock and not available. This started earlier in February March 2024.

I have been given the run around since then. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES HERE SO BE CAREFUL.

Go to a more reputable floor installer and pay a few bucks more.

I paid the bill, and Best Floors Did not come through with their word.

If you’re looking for good prices, meticulous work and friendly service, this is the place to call. Tony and his crew are the best! We were having the floors replaced throughout our house and my 90 year old mom was in the hospital. They worked non stop to pull up the old floor in her bedroom, installed the new floor and molding, washed it and put all her furniture back in place in one day because they wanted everything to be perfect for her if she came home that day. Our floors are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else for future needs.
