What customers say
Customers describe helpful, knowledgeable guidance when choosing flooring, including one account of selections matched to a customer's budget and preferences. B&B also tracked down and ordered a Dream Weaver carpet line it did not carry at the time for a customer.

B&B was terrific in helping us select LVP for our Metairie home. Bert is great in providing guidance for our flooring needs and providing us materials at a good price.
We were equally impressed with Merrill Brouillette and his crew from Complete Flooring, LLC who completed the installation.
Clara Baron-Hyppolite
We've been to a number of flooring places and this one was the best and most helpful by far. They were very knowledgeable and had very affordable options that still looked very high quality.

Just a wonderful place to do business. When I first called they did not even carry the Dream Weaver line of carpet. They tracked it down & was able to order for me! So dang nice!!!! I would do business with them again- very professional and certainly helpful. Thank you B&B flooring!

Best interaction I’ve had with literally any business in Nola. Family run and the Berts helped us pick out the perfect flooring for our price range and preferences.

I had been to several tile stores looking for a specific color and texture to match the feel of my French Quarter building. They had a wide selection and were able to quickly order in anything that was not in stock. The owner took time and attention to help me find the perfect tile. He promised it would arrive within a week and called me a few days later to let me know that it had arrived ahead of schedule. The prompt and personal service that i received was unmatched compared to other home improvement businesses that I have visited. This will be my go to place for flooring from now on!
