Verrazano Flooring Co.

I had an excellent experience with Verrazano Flooring from start to finish. The team was Professional, pleasant and incredibly easy to work with they showed up when they said they would communicate clearly throughout the process and kept a reliable timeframe which made everything so much less stressful. Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. The floors look beautiful and the craftsmanship is top-notch I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and a smooth professional experience.

After speaking with several other contractors about new flooring in a prewar home and being shocked by the quotes, I reached out to Verrazano and was extremely impressed with their enthusiasm and detailed approach to providing a competitive quote and guidance for the project. I decided to work with them and it was the best decision I could have made. They were ready and available to advise me on how to prep the house ahead of the work, and were very accommodating with their schedule. I was very insistent on working with people who would respect the historical elements and original flooring of the home and they were very careful and respectful of that. They started the project on the exact date and time discussed, and the workers were quick and efficient. However we happened to have scheduled the installation right ahead of a historic snow storm, which meant the workers weren’t able to come to the house to finish up the last two days of work. Frank and his team at Verrazano were incredibly accommodating and sent their team out to wrap up work over the weekend ahead of the storm, and still ended up delivering the project on the original end date. This team is incredibly professional and empathetic to work with, and I will absolutely be working with them again if I ever needed it. And my new floors look gorgeous!

Thank you Verrazano Flooring, we are so happy with the work you all did revarnishing our floors. The new finish brightens up the whole apartment and looks beautiful. Gina and Frank were in touch through every step and Alex did an amazing job on the floors. I was charged exactly the same price I got in the estimate. Workers came on time each day and even texted me photos of the progress of the work. Everything was completed on schedule and the process from start to finish could not have been easier. We love our new floors!

We recently worked with Verrazano Flooring to refinish our black hardwood floors back to a natural finish, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Our first visit with the sales representative set the tone. He was friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions. He clearly explained the entire process so we knew exactly what to expect at each stage. It gave us a lot of confidence right from the beginning. The crew who came to do the work was equally impressive. They arrived on time every day, were respectful of our home, and kept the space clean as they worked. We had already put up some plastic barriers ourselves, but they went the extra mile and added additional protection to ensure dust was minimized throughout the apartment. That extra care did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. The finished floors are beautiful, the natural tone makes the entire apartment feel bigger, brighter, and much more modern. The work is clearly high quality, and the transformation has elevated the look and value of our home instantly. We are absolutely delighted. We highly recommend Verrano Flooring to anyone considering refinishing or updating their floors. Professional, skilled, thoughtful, and just great to work with. Would give them more than 5 stars if we could! ??

Great honest professionals who advised the necessary and were not trying to add on things that are extra. I had my flood damaged floor redone and everyone else, including the insurance adjuster said to replace all the floor. Verrazano said only one room needed replacement, the others can be sanded and refinished. Glenn gave me an estimate on the spot and Frank honored it 100%. That saved me time and thousands. They are good communicators, punctual and did a nice job cleaning up. Verrazano is an old fashioned business in the best ways and I wish there are more of them are around. Very happy with the work and dealings!
