When the binding machine broke and the carpet needed extra binding, the manager came to our house with the portable binding machine and fixed it. I had a great experience with this store! All staff are friendly and polite. They cut me a small sample of all the colors I wanted so I could see what works in my house. Once I decided, they were able to have my carpet ready within a week. Whenever I buy another carpet, it will be from them!
Parm at End of the Roll in Newmarket was excellent. He came to our house to measure and estimate for our new waterproof vinyl floor in the basement. He arranged for the installers who were quick and professional. They removed all carpet and finished the entire job within 24 hours.. We are really happy with the final outcome
