Tucked away in the heart of suburbia, Royalty Flooring Showroom offers a selection of flooring that can only be described as... adequate. The array of laminates and hardwoods is extensive enough to suit the average homeowner, though lacking in anything truly remarkable or exotic. Yet, it is not the planks that raise eyebrows, but the peculiar attitude of the staff.

Upon entering, one might expect a regal experience, but instead, one is met with an atmosphere marred by an unsettling xenophobia. The irony here is palpable; the very individuals who seemed so wary of diversity appeared to be immigrants themselves. The experience was uncomfortable, to say the least—a disheartening reminder of the complexities of cultural integration.

While the flooring options were serviceable, the experience was soured by the unwelcoming environment. One can't help but feel a twinge of disappointment; after all, isn't America about embracing everyone? If you're in the market for flooring, perhaps consider a shop that values both its products and its patrons equally. Go America—shop American.

Royalty did our entire flooring (2900 sq feet of hard wood and carpet) at our new house in Corona del Mar and we couldn't be more happy. The experience was fantastic from start to finish! Marcus (one of the owners) was in constant contact with us and worked with our ever changing construction schedule from demoing old floors, prepping the foundation, then installing our baseboards and floors. They were fast and the quality of the install was top of the line. Unlike most companies they came back even after full payment and fixed a few minor things. The finished product is gorgeous...wide white oak and custom carpet! I highly recommend Royalty Flooring!
