This company is the reason why you use family owned businesses! They are honest, prompt, able to meet aggressive timelines when needed, and the installers are kind, respectful and quick to get the job done. I highly recommend them as your first phone call!

Used them multiple times for carpet & vinyl. Really great customer service & prices. Installation is always clean & they always show up when they say they will! Quick turn around too. Overall very pleased & no need to look elsewhere.

I called Carpet Mill Outlet in a panic at 9 AM. I needed new carpet installed ASAP. The owners were so understanding and patient. They brought me into their show room and helped me choose a carpet that was within my budget but was also good quality. They were able to install in less than 48 hours. The installers were on time and very friendly! And of course, the carpet looks fantastic.

I was referred to the Carpet Mill by my Dad who has used them for many years and has never had an issue. They have a nice selection of flooring and a friendly staff who made the selection process easy. The installers showed up on time and were extremely polite. The install of (3) bedrooms and a hallway was completed in one day and it looks great. We could not be happier! I highly recommend you give this family owned and operated business a call!
