These guys are the best! We replaced flooring in most of our home and the installation was top notch. Their service was exceptional and the prices fair. We highly recommend this company.
Staff was helpful with tile selection for backsplash but I would not recommend their installation service. They sent an installer to measure and provide a quote. He took lots of measurements but had no idea what the tiles looked like/amount in box when he quoted the number of boxes. Nova called and increased the order by 1 box. Installer came and had no idea what he was installing. He cut the marble sill incorrectly and had to go get another one. When the job was finished he apologized for the waste. There was 1/2 a box of plain tiles left and a patterned box opened with 4 tiles gone. Not once did he consult me during the process. Nova sent an email with my receipt and asked for pictures of the finished job . When I complained about the waste there was/has been no response.Clearly the installers are told to ensure there are no returns. Very disappointing
